In 1991, the Lauragais breeders decided to go one step further and open their own shop in Revel.
Knowing their strength (good mastery of their profession as breeders) and their weakness (lack of experience in butcher's techniques), they wanted to surround themselves with real professionals by hiring a team of butchers, which gradually grew. Today the company has 28 employees, and has opened two other shops in Puylaurens in Tarn and Saissac in Aude.
This success has not gone to their heads, and they have remained faithful to their initial objective: to favour a very short circuit and an almost total absence of intermediaries, which allows them to offer you local meat and farm products, of high quality and at the best value.
