Why a Tourism and Disability brand?
For a disabled tourist, the Tourism and Disability brand is proof of the concrete commitment and a guarantee of an effective and adapted welcome. The logo, affixed at the entrance to tourist sites, establishments and facilities and on all documents, provides reliable, homogeneous and objective information to people with disabilities on their accessibility according to disability (hearing, mental, motor, visual) using four pictograms.
Revel Tourist Information Centre offers a personalised welcome and adapted services for people with disabilities, visual and hearing impairments, motor disabilities and intellectual disabilities:
♦ sign language reception;
♦ documentation adapted to the 4 disabilities;
♦ possibility of minute drop-off;
♦ presence of suitable pitches and toilets in the immediate vicinity;
A magnetic loop for the hearing impaired has been installed in the 3 tourist information offices.
